The ServiceSebast provides a digital service that generates a tailored anti-money laundering policy draft based on information submitted by the customer through an online questionnaire.The service is intended for early-stage fintech and financial services firms seeking a business-specific first-pass draft for internal review and compliance preparation.3. What the Service IncludesUpon successful payment and submission of the required questionnaire, the customer will receive a tailored AML policy draft in digital format.The output is generated based on the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading.4. Important LimitationsSebast provides a drafting tool and document generation service only.The service does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance consultancy, or formal approval by any regulator or supervisory authority.The output is not guaranteed to be sufficient for any specific legal, regulatory, licensing, authorisation, or supervisory purpose without further review.Customers should obtain independent legal or compliance advice where appropriate, particularly where the business model, regulatory perimeter, or risk profile is complex.5. Customer ResponsibilitiesBy purchasing and using Sebast, the customer confirms that:a. they are authorised to submit the information provided;
b. the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge;

d. they will assess the suitability of the output for their own business and regulatory needs before relying on it.6. PaymentAll prices are stated in pounds sterling unless otherwise specified.Payment must be made in full before access to the questionnaire and document generation process is completed.We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect purchases already completed.7. RefundsDue to the digital and customised nature of the service, refunds are not automatically available once the questionnaire has been submitted and document generation has begun.If a customer believes there has been a technical issue, duplicate payment, or other genuine error, they should contact [email protected] and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.8.
